The Annapurna circuit trek starts from a drive to Besishar and wings through lush, subtropical forests and traditional farming terrace villages of west Nepal. Every ridge brings a Himalayan panorama with Annapurna and Himalchuli soaring above. A trek of the Marshangdi River valley will bring you almost to the base of Gangapurna and into the Manang valley where you will spend unforgettable 2 days gazing at the snow-covered peaks above and the beauty of the landscape around, Manang is a Himalayan Shangri-La. We will then proceed to climb the pass Thorong-la, (5416mtr), which once on top has a perfect 360-degree view that is breathtaking will make you feel proud to be there!
Once we descend from the pass we will come into view of Mustang; a colorful landscape that is home to Tibetan Buddhism and many friendly mangolian looking people. We will follow the deepest gorge on Earth, the Kali Gandaki Valley, which is guarded by the giant peaks Dhaulagiri (8169m) and Nilgiri, then we use the same ancient paths that were used as trade routes between Nepal, India and Tibet. We will pass through apple and wheat farming areas, interacting with local Thakali people and sharing our beautiful moments with sheep and yak herders.

    An outline itinerary for Annapurna circuit trekking 16 days or 20 days
    Day 01: Arrival day, check into hotel and rest. Day 02: Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley - UNESCO world heritage sites
    Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Besi Shahar (830m/2723ft) by bus. Same day drive further and hike up to Bahundanda (1430m/4691ft). O/N at guest house
    Day 04 : Bahundanda to Chamje (1560m/5118ft). Approx. walking 5 to 6 hours, O/N at guest house
    Day 05 - 06 : Chamje to Chame (2725m/8940ft) via Dhararpani (1810m/5938ft) Approx. walking 5:30 to 6 hours each day , O/N at guest house
    Day 07 - 08 : Chame to Manang (3500m/11483ft) via Pisang (3190m/10466ft). Approx. walking 5 to 6 hours each day , O/N at guest house
    Day 09 : One day rest in Manang for acclimatization, walk around it is Himalan Shangri-la. O/N at guest house
    Day 10 -11 : Manang to Throung Phedi (4441m/14570ft) via Yak Kharka (4090m/13418ft). Approx. walking 4 hours each day , O/N at guest house
    Day 12: Throung Phedi to Muktinath (3802m/11512ft) crossing Throung-la pass(5416m/17769ft) - hightlight of this trek. Approx. walking 8:30 to 9 hours , O/N at guest house
    Day 13: Muktinath to Jomsom village via Kagbeni (2665m/8743ft). Approx. walking 5:30 to 6 hours, O/N at guest house
    Day 14 : Fly to Pokhara and saty in Pokhara, explore the lake city.
    Day 15: Drive to Kathmandu, evening join cultural show and dinner 
    Day 16 : Fly to your home country .

    Day 14 -15 : Jomsom Marpha to Tatopani (Natural hotspring - ENJOY!) - (1110m/13361f) via Ghasa (2080m/6824ft). Approx. walking 5:30 to 6 hours each day, O/N at guest house
    Day 16: Tatopani to Shikha (1935m/5859ft) Approx. walking 5 to 5:30 hours, O/N at guest house
    Day 17: Shikha to Ghorepani (2834m/9298ft) - base of Poonhill . Approx. walking 4:30 to 5 hours, O/N at guest house
    Day 18: Ghorepani (2834m/9298ft) to Poon Hill (3210m/10531ft) , trek to Nyapul and drive to Pokhara by car for an hour. Approx. walking 6 hours, O/N at Hotel at 3 star
